Senior Content Producer
The Program partners with the world’s most competitive and innovative brands to develop highly strategic and creative solutions. We are the insights to action agency. At our core, we are problem seekers and thought partners. Our unique model challenges global, iconic brands to navigate moments of transformation and engage their ever-evolving future consumer.
A Senior Content Producer at The Program should possess an innate ability to navigate strategy, creative, content, and logistics. They own the entirety of the content production process, ensuring no detail goes unnoticed and untouched. As a cornerstone to our content operation, they are dedicated to the logistic and creative success of every project they touch.
Our most important assets are people and the relationships we build. As a Senior Content Producer, you will manage these relationships, internal and external, delivering quality content work under tough logistical constraints with a positive outlook. Senior Content Producers are responsible for spearheading content production for a wide variety of partners and categories, while also bringing a utility skillset to contribute beyond logistics. You will oversee timelines, budgets, and resources, and at times, help edit, sound design, and more. You’ll be responsible for internal DIT processes and the end-to-end workflow of camera-to-finals. Ultimately, you’ll be a driving force across content operations, motivating teams and managing workflows and logistics with confidence.
How We Work
At The Program, how we work matters just as much as what we produce. Our responsibilities are grounded in three core values that guide decision-making, collaboration, and growth across every role:
Curiosity — Ask better questions. Challenge assumptions. Learn fast.
Grit — We stay persistent when things get hard, balancing speed and quality.
Goosebumps — We aim to create work that moves people, not just work that checks the box.
These values shape how we approach our responsibilities, collaborate with teammates, and grow in our craft.
