Senior Associate Project Manager

As a Senior Associate Project Manager, we trust you to manage these relationships, delivering quality work under tough constraints with a positive outlook. Our Senior Associate Project Managers are responsible for supporting complex projects for a wide variety of clients, categories, and mediums. You will help produce deliverable requirements and documentation, oversee timelines, budgets, and resources while motivating teams and managing partnerships with confidence.
*Note: although this is not a content production / video production focused position, you will work across the content landscape in partnership, from time to time, with a content producer.
Responsibilities
Steer client and project deliverables, strategic requirements and explain complex ideas clearly, and confidently.
General understanding of each team member's strengths and ability to resource them accordingly.
Willingness to help wherever needed to ensure quality of the work. Collaborating to come up with creative and strategic concepts from ideation to reality
Collaborate in cross-functional creative processes, partnering with strategy, creative, and production teams to hit a defined benchmark

Approach your work with an open, flexible outlook and a focus on driving results for both our team and client teams.
Organize process and workflow across project workstreams.
Manage project administration such as production status, schedules, resource requests, budget management, and reporting, working across departments and teams.
Communicate risks, opportunities, and solutions to team and partners
Contribute to creative and strategy pitches, briefs, and reviews. Work closely with strategy, creative, and technology teams in the development of new business, including pitching, scoping, and estimating new projects.
Support client and project deliverables, strategic requirements. Manage expectations against reality.
Contribute to multiple, concurrent projects and project teams, working closely across team member disciplines.
Work in an independent fashion, solve problems, make decisions, and communicate effectively in difficult situations.
Effective presentation and communication skills.
Manage creative, technical, and production team members, in addition to outside vendors, to ensure all work achieves an outcome that exceeds client expectations.
Ability to lift up to 40lbs of gear from time to time to lend a hand.
Reliable vehicle and driver's license, willing to drive to be on set, meet with client partners, etc.
Experience
2+ years experience as a project manager or producer at an advertising agency or in-house at a brand.
An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment handling several ongoing projects.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple conflicting priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
High proficiency in the Google Suite (Drive, Docs, etc.), Keynote, and spreadsheets, Asana, ClickUp and other project management tools.
Details
Ideal candidates are located in Portland, Oregon and happy to join us in the studio a few days per week as needed.
The salary band for this role is $47,500-$60,000.
